CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

If you enjoy talking with people, have good typing skills, and a pleasant phone voice, we have the perfect job for you as a Customer Service Representative for our national call center in Baton Rouge. Duties include all aspects of understanding and communicating with inbound callers. Must respond to in-bound calls in a prompt, professional manner from various types of media including: television, print, radio, mailers, etc. Prospective employees must support our mission of satisfying the customer in a fast paced, challenging environment. Spanish speaking skills are beneficial!
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Successful candidate will be responsible for CSR training, providing performance evaluations; identifying/implementing strategies to improve profitability, productivity, and quality service; presenting unit data to associates (including call/fax volume, service results/issues, and operator stats); and assisting upper-level management in developing/implementing programs to motivate employees and stimulate a high sense of urgency in a team environment.
Must be a motivational leader and possess excellent analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and time management skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; and the willingness to work flexible hours to ensure proper supervisory coverage of department at all times. Call Center experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in a related field also a plus.
CALL CENTER MANAGER

Qualifications include:
- Degree in communications, management, or related business field.
- 3 years of call center management accepted in lieu of degree.
- Familiarity with call center technology & terminology.
- Excellent communication and PC skills.
Requirements of this position include:
- Design Call Center policies and procedures, including setting goals, standards, and benchmarks to evaluate staff performance.
- Responsible for strategic planning, tactical planning, and operational success of the Call Center.
- Develop and implement accurate forecasts and budgets to correlate Call Center resources to Call Center activity.
- Develop and manage forecasting models to meet call volume expectations and to ensure adequate staffing and facility resources.
- Successfully communicate and manage multiple groups of 20-50 telephone representatives on your shift.
NETWORK SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Needed to direct our IT staff. We require at least a Bachelor?s Degree in CS, ISDS, or other closely related field. 5 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree. Must have network experience with client/server applications, NT, and LINUX. Telephony, ISDN & T-1 experience is a big plus, as well as proficiency in VB, PERL, web applications, network security, firewalls, and PC hardware/software.
